Still no recoveries on the “pure spam” penalized sites (no surprise there), but there is still income to report!
As as well some frustrations.
As mentioned when I started these monthly updates, I’m publishing these income reports on the last day of each month to get fresh data your way.
Note: The sites in this report are only a portion of my portfolio and not the only sites that bring in revenue.
**And as always, I’m an affiliate marketer and this post contains affiliate links, meaning I will be compensated if you make a purchase after clicking on my link.
Site 1: Food/Drink Niche
This site is still de-indexed and getting traffic from other search engines.
Though a bit less than the previous month.
It dropped to just over 1,000 page views and the EPMV dropped around a dollar.
Both of those things suck.
I’m actually wondering if I can move all this content (without a 301) back to the old domain that I was using.
No idea if it got penalized as well.
Might be worth trying.
And here comes the big money from Humix –
And quick reminder, I enabled Humix on this site early in 2023 but didn’t upload any videos – instead I’m only earning from other people’s videos that show up on my site.
Pretty much nothing to see here, eh? Just another decline.
So, here’s the raw stats:
- Ezoic: $4.32
- Amazon: $10.80
Just down a couple of dollars or so though, so not as bad as I expected.
Do note that we have one additional day left in the month, so these numbers are almost complete.
Plus, Ezoic balances are not finalized for ending month until the 4th of the following month. Just an FYI.
Site 2: Religion/Spirituality Niche
This one is also still de-indexed and getting traffic from other search engines.
This one’s got a small drop in pageviews but a small increase in EPMV.
I should really just move this content and put the site out of it’s misery, right?
Here’s how much this site earned from Humix with the two videos that I uploaded early in 2023 –
Again, not much to see here but another decline.
So, here’s the raw stats:
- Ezoic: $1.08
- Amazon: $0.00
Basically not even worth the time I spent writing about it.
Do note that we have one additional day left in the month, so these numbers are almost complete.
Plus, Ezoic balances are not finalized for ending month until the 4th of the following month. Just an FYI.
Site 3: Food/Drink Niche #2
This one is also still de-indexed and getting traffic from other search engines.
Okay, so here we have a small traffic drop and a small EPMV increase.
End result – almost the same earnings as last month.
So, here’s the raw stats:
- Ezoic: $3.17
- Amazon: $0.00
Do note that we have one additional day left in the month, so these numbers are almost complete.
Plus, Ezoic balances are not finalized for ending month until the 4th of the following month. Just an FYI.
Site 4: Tech/Gaming Niche
This site is no longer on Ezoic.
Site 5: Outdoors Niche
This site is still indexed, but neglected and not doing too great.
Same story as most site owners, right?
Small traffic drop but a decent EPMV increase for the month. Shame the site doesn’t have more traffic.
So, here’s the raw stats:
- Ezoic: $4.66
- Amazon: $8.05
This one has an EPMV increase, traffic drop, and earnings increase, which is nice to see. If only it had more traffic…
The affiliate content on this site is using high converting Lasso product boxes.
And I used Scalenut (use code FOREVER20 to save 20% after the free trial!) to optimize these articles. You can also use something like Frase for this.
Do note that we have one additional day left in the month, so these numbers are almost complete.
Plus, Ezoic balances are not finalized for ending month until the 4th of the following month. Just an FYI.
Site 6: Gardening Niche
Been putting a lot of focus on this site again for the month.
Though it’s not ranking for a lot in Google these days, it’s doing well in other search engines and on social.
Traffic is up a few hundred pageviews and the EPMV is also up.
But I’m still going to complain about how low the EPMV is for this niche on Ezoic compared to Mediavine and AdThrive.
It should be much higher.
Anyways, the traffic boost is mostly from my Pinterest efforts, but also from Facebook.
Reminder, I’m using Post Planner for scheduling social media stuff.
The Facebook page is up to 5,000 Likes and I’m getting those likes for around $0.04 each.
For Pinterest, everything is looking good though I have no idea why it’s actually like nothing has changed and there’s not any history on the account.
Super weird.
Anyways, my scheduled pins ran out and I didn’t realize it for like a week, so that sucked.
But overall, I’m happy with the progress.
Here’s a look at some of the site traffic in Clicky –
Sometimes the Pinterest traffic shows up as “direct” which is why the numbers don’t match up.
And, I’ve added 31 new posts to the site – these were all info posts and made for the social media audience.
So, here’s the raw stats:
- Ezoic: $55.63
- Amazon: $27.72
Traffic, EPMV, and overall revenue are up. Shame about that pathetic EPMV though.

Looking Ahead
Still only focusing on site #6 for June. And I may end up just removing the rest of these from Ezoic since they’re not even worth fooling with right now.
I will continue my Facebook ad for “likes” until I reach 10,000 likes on the site’s page – reached the halfway point this month!
Also going to try to ramp up my pinning for Pinterest as it seems to be doing pretty good right now.
If you want more details on how I use Ezoic’s Big Data Analytics to form my content strategies, check out this three-part case study.
